smlm pas balik keje pi menghabiskan mase selama 2jam di gym....
senam kardio :
treadmil = 30min
beskal = 15min
training = senaman kaki
nk kaki cantik, nk kecik kan peha...kna la buat senaman kaki nih...senaman dia xsusah...tp effect dia,tuhan saje yg tau...arini..nk jln pon saket...nk turun tangga lagi la saket!! xpe nk kaki kuwus punye psl...sggp bersaket2 sebegini!! huhu~
