menu makan ini hari....12 jan 2011

bekfast :

ommelette + 2pic sausage
plain water

lunch :
sebikot lemak (hmmm bp keping ye??? td cam mkn byk je! hehehe)
milo o panas satu mug

dinner :
hmm xtau nk mkn ape...tgk la lauk ape yg ade krg...

*no nasik...no nasik...no nasik...

smlm pas balik keje pi menghabiskan mase selama 2jam di gym....

senam kardio :
treadmil = 30min
beskal = 15min

training = senaman kaki

nk kaki cantik, nk kecik kan peha...kna la buat senaman kaki nih...senaman dia xsusah...tp effect dia,tuhan saje yg tau...arini..nk jln pon saket...nk turun tangga lagi la saket!! xpe nk kaki kuwus punye psl...sggp bersaket2 sebegini!! huhu~
