sblm tuh nk ctr sket meal plan weekend baru2 nie...hahahaha...meal plan nye nasik sepanjang hari!!! aaddddoooiiii!! cane berat nk tuwon nih...lepas bersalin nie agak susah nk disiplin kan diri...cabaran dia begitu kuat.....xpe hari nie (10jan2010) nak start diet balik...nk kerap pg gym!! at least dpt 3kali seminggu pon okela...
hmm arinih punye meal plan pulak :
bekpes :
chocolate 1 pcs je =(mengandungi 27gram carbs)
lunch :
ayam 1 pcs
sayo sawi semangkuk
air suam
ptg :
myb mkn tahu bakar lagi....(sedap la...saye jadik ketagih!! hehe)
air kosong je lah....
tu aje...nk try buat atkins diet...hope menjadik!!! amin!!!!
