treadmill = 30 min (berpeluh2!! cam mandi daaa...)
fuhhh...mmg best, rase segar je bile lps buat cardio nie...igt nk smbg buat training lain...tp xsmpt laa...nk balik cpt sbb trigt kt aish!!...rindu kt dia!...arinih nk pg gym awal sket la....nnt ade time utk buat training, barula ade shape sket, kalo x nnt flabby2 di sane-sini je...hehehe...
