hm semalam balik je dari opis...rest kjp...pastu pas magrib pg gym...hehe...as usual,pas magrib mmg ramai org kt gym tuh...so nak main treadmil tuh kna la berator dulu...keke...sementara tggu tuh main beskal dulu dlm 15min(warming up dulu)..hehe...pastu me main treadmil,me set yg interval training...interval training nih good utk burn fat2 dlm bdn nih...tp kalo baru start buat training tuh mmg agak pancit jgk la...keke...sbb training dia (jln,speed laju2,jln,speed laju2) smpi abis mase...me slalu main treadmill nih 30min je sbb nak bg org lain main jgk...kalo ikotkan ati nak main sampi sejam (hehe larat ke tuh???)...mmg kompem peloh glr2 dah mcm mandi daaa!!! tp mmg best...hehe!!! oke2 pas dah abis main treadmil, me start buat weight training...kali nie buat `back" ngan lengan....huh...smpi ke arinih rase sengal2 dia..tp mmg puas ati sbb dah start nmpk prubhnnye...hehe..
