Jom Pegi Gym!!


arinih genap lah dua bulan me kt gym nih (kt area umah je)...hehe...best tau...rase fresh je...age dah makin meningkat so bab2 tuh kna la titik beratkan....hmm...dlm mase 2 bulan me join gym nih, ade perubahan...terutamannya bahagian stomach,lengan,peha..semua part2 yg flabby dah start firm...best2!!! ade jgk yg tegur me dah susut sket...keke!! (betol ke nih??? ke nak amek ati..hehe..whateverla..) me more prefer natural diet dari mkn obat2 nih...kalo mkn obat takot cpt naik...lagipon bile kite amalkan excercise nih,bdn kite lagi rase segar dan ber'energy.dan bile kuwus pon xde lembik sane-sini..keke~mule2 mase start buat weight training tuh mmg sakit glr,nak bejalan pon payah...tp bile dah lame2 jdk immune...buat byk kali pon no hal lah...me enjoy glr dgn aktiviti skrg nih...so ape lagi jom ikot me poie gym...let's start a healty life...no pain no gain ma...hehe!!!
